The purchase of a photograph from California Views does not imply the sale or lease of any rights other than the right to display the image for non-commercial use only.
Many of the images we have are one of a kind rare and unique images that we have the original glass or film negatives that will insure the best quality.
All publication rights are reserved by Pat Hathaway and California Views photo collection.
A research fee will be charged for requests for information: $50.00/hour ($30.00 minimum) An extensive portion of the collection has been computer indexed, and computer searches are available by subject. There is a minimum charge of $5.00 for materials generated on behalf of your research photocopies, computer print-outs).
This does not include research time, which is calculated separately according to the rates shown above.

Postage & handling: First class, up to 11x14: $10.00 for first print, 1.00 for each additional print.
(Also by FedEx for an additional charge.) *** All prices subject to change without notice. For odd size prints, please use next larger size.
For special cropping, add 20% to print price.
A large part of the collection is made up of original glass and film negatives which will insure the best possible quality of reproduction of prints.
